Refund Policy

  • Full refund available within 14 days of course start
  • After 14 days, course credit offered for future sessions
  • Refunds processed within 14 business days
  • Medical or emergency circumstances considered individually

3. Use of Services

Student Responsibilities

  • Complete assignments and projects as directed
  • Respect other students and instructors
  • Maintain confidentiality of course materials
  • Use studio equipment responsibly

Course Access

  • Access to course materials during enrollment period
  • Online resources available for review after completion
  • Studio access during scheduled class times
  • Software licenses provided for course duration

4. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Share or distribute course materials without permission
  • Record sessions without instructor consent
  • Resell or sublicense course content
  • Disrupt class sessions or studio operations

5. Intellectual Property

Course Content

All course materials, including presentations, exercises, and resources, remain the property of pixelcraosan. Students receive a limited license for personal educational use during and after the course. Commercial use or distribution requires written permission.

Student Work

Students retain copyright to original work created during courses. pixelcraosan may use student work for promotional purposes with permission. Portfolio pieces created during courses belong to students for their professional use.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Disclaimer

Courses are provided for educational purposes. While we strive for high-quality instruction, we make no guarantee regarding specific career outcomes or skill levels achieved. Student success depends on individual effort, dedication, and practice.

Limitation of Liability

pixelcraosan's liability is limited to the course fees paid. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost income, or career opportunities. Students use studio equipment at their own risk.

No Employment Guarantees

Course completion does not guarantee employment placement. We provide career guidance and portfolio support but cannot ensure job offers or freelance opportunities.

7. Course Modifications and Cancellation

  • Schedule Changes: We reserve the right to modify course schedules with reasonable notice
  • Content Updates: Course content may be updated to reflect current industry practices
  • Cancellation: If we cancel a course, full refunds or transfers to future sessions offered
  • Instructor Changes: Substitute instructors may be provided when necessary

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes:

  1. Initial attempt at informal resolution through discussion
  2. Mediation if informal resolution unsuccessful
  3. Binding arbitration as final resolution method

These terms are governed by Singapore law. Any disputes fall under Singapore jurisdiction.

We may terminate student enrollment for:

11. General Provisions

Entire Agreement

Severability
